Two of Adelaide’s hottest rock bands ‘Feed The Fire’ and ‘Clover’ will be bringing their own brands of no nonsense rock n roll mayhem to the Gibson Street Stage of the world renowned Governor Hindmarsh Hotel on Saturday August 7th as part of Umbrella Festival.
Feed The Fire play fast paced high energy rock with lashings of 90’s punk and grunge whilst Clover bring a big dollop of blues to their sound with sultry vocals reminiscent of 60’s and 70’s rock. Cranked amps, raw drums and bass with two of this city’s most enigmatic singers is what you are going to get for your money at this show!! Feed The Fire are a rock power trio from Adelaide SA. Forming in 2018 they are; Dan Pearce - Guitar/Vocals Paul Clements - Bass Joel Keen - Drums The music they play is best described as high energy, guitar driven rock. If you think of bands like Nirvana, The Living End, Foo Fighters, and Stone Sour, you would be in the ballpark. Big crunchy riff heavy guitars, bass lines from the school of Geezer Butler, rock solid drumming that’s a hybrid of traditional 70’s rock and todays modern metal, with vocals that range from a snarling nail spitting bite to a clean and emotive whisper. Feed The Fire have just released their debut LP 'Maybe You Need This?!' and have released two singles and videos. 2021 sees the band traversing the country in support of the album and beginning work on the next LP.
