Adelaide indie pop artist D’Urberville will hit the stage with a full band, playing songs from her forthcoming EP ‘Made from Steel’. With support from other local bands, come along and enjoy a cosy night of songs and storytelling.
D’Urberville is the passion project of Adelaide songwriter, vocalist and trombonist Mallory Steele, specialising in pop songs as catchy as they are relatable. With a fresh line-up in 2019, the lyrical melodies of D’Urberville are underpinned by tight grooves and accented by infectious horn lines, taking cues from artists like The Cat Empire, The Bamboos, Kimbra and Sam Smith. Honest and compelling, D’Urberville will have you singing along and laughing at how complex life can be.
